This contact improvisation workshop explores how we listen through the body—tuning into center, weight, and the support of the floor. Moving between solo, duet, and small group practices, we investigate shape, touch, and spatial awareness with curiosity and playfulness. Through guided scores and open exploration, we develop responsiveness, presence, and connection within the larger group and shared space.
