In this Contact Improvisation workshop, we will explore the relationship between center and feather weight, developing sensitivity, balance, and ease in movement. Through guided exercises and partner work, participants will cultivate practical skills for sharing weight, finding support, and moving with efficiency and responsiveness. The focus will be on refining awareness of the body’s center while discovering lightness and adaptability in contact.
