On this workshop we are going to explore how movement emerges from the relationship between form, space, and connection. Participants are guided to become aware of how their bodies create shapes—individually and in contact with others—and how these shapes evolve through weight-sharing, momentum, and touch. Through playful exercises and open improvisation, we investigate how lines, curves, tension, and expansion can be composed in real time, like a living sculpture. The workshop invites curiosity, listening, and responsiveness, encouraging dancers to see the body not just as a mover, but as a dynamic, ever-changing form in dialogue with others and the surrounding space.
